Spaghetti Bolognese

I don’t like the taste of the pasta paste which have sell in the market, and also feel that is bit expensive. This is a combination of few recipes which I get from my friends. I’m not too sure how many serving the paste can be serve because I always keep the extra paste in the fridge. I think it should be enough for four adult.

Ingredients:
Half pack  Spaghetti
1 Can Luncheon Meat
1 Can Sliced Mushroom
3 to 4 Onion
Some Butter

Seasoning:
Half bottle Tomato Sauce (big bottle)
Half bottle Chili Sauce (big bottle)
Some Oyster Sauce, Salt and Pepper

Method:
1.       Clean the mushroom, cut the onion into small pieces.
2.       Mash the luncheon meat then mix with tomato sauce and chili sauce.
3.       Cook the spaghetti in the boiled water until it soft, take it out and mixed with some butter.
4.       Heat up the cooking oil, put in the mushroom, then add in some oyster sauce and stir it. Take it out and put it aside.
5.       Heat up the cooking oil and put in the onion, then follow by mushroom and luncheon meat. Stir it together and add a cup of water to boil it.
6.       Add in some salt and pepper then put the sauce on top of the spaghetti to serve.

Note:
1.       Can replace the luncheon meat with the mince meat, but must cook it after put in the onion. After that just add in the mushroom, tomato sauce and chili sauce.
2.       If want to keep the sauce in fridge, do not add the water in the step (5). Water only can add in when you re-boiled it.
3.       For those who like the herbs, can add in the parsley. If you want the taste stronger, u may mash some hard boiled eggs to add in.
