Porridge with Potatoes and Carrot


After going to China, LK’s baby doesn’t like the porridge over there. This is the first recipe that I provide, hope that her baby will like it.


Ingredients:
A handful of Rice 
2 Potatoes
½ Carrot
3oz Lean Pork
Some Salts

Method:
1.       Shave off the peel for the potatoes.
2.       Rise the rice to clean it then boiled it with appropriate amount of water.
3.       Clean the lean pork and add some salts to marinate it for a while. Then cook it together with the rice.
4.       Put in the potatoes and the carrots. Then turn to medium heat and simmer for 45 minutes.

Note:
1.       Cook the carrot in whole is to keep the sweetness of the carrot.
2.       Mash the half portion of the potatoes and carrots with the porridge to feed the baby. (Keep the lean pork into mama’s stomach)
3.       If the baby feel it is tasteless can add some marmite yeast extract or seaweed sauce.
