Mixed Fruit with Cincau

This is a desert served by my lady boss when we gathering at her house. I feel it quite nice especially when you consume it in the hot weather.

Ingredients:
1 Cincau
Grapes
½ can Nata de coco
Mints Leave
½ Lemon

Method:
1.       Steep all the grapes into a bowl of water which already add in some toothpaste for half an hour to remove the wax on the surface then cut it into half.
2.       Cut the cincau into slice take the amount which equal with the grapes. Sieve the nata de coco to separate the sugar water.
3.       Mints leave cut into slices, lemon to get the juice.
4.       Mix all ingredients together and keep it into fridge until it cold.

Note:
1.       May add in different fruit which you like, but in my opinion I prefer the fruit which is more masticate. For those fruits already soft may became too soft after steep with the lemon juice.
